• Colonel William  "Bill" MacArthur CAP Trust Fund: The Florida District Exchange Clubs Board created this trust to support the Child Abuse Prevention, CAP, Centers in Florida. The Trust aids a Center that is experiencing an emergency such as a natural disaster or financial short falls due to unexpected funding cut backs which may jeopardize the continued service being provided by that Center to the community. The Trust also supports the CAP Centers by educating the communities and governmental agencies on the Exchange Parent Aide Program Aid in providing necessary support to the less fortunate members of our community, including food drives, clothing donations, and shelter improvements. In 2018, the CAP Trust Fund was renamed to the Colonel William "Bill" MacArthur CAP Trust Fund in honor of one of its biggest advocates during his lifetime of service to the Florida District Exchange Clubs.
• W. James "Jim" Brown, Jr Scholarship Fund: The Florida District Exchange Clubs (FDXC) provide service throughout the great state of Florida; some for almost 100 years. The Youth Scholarships we provide fulfills one of our Programs of Service, to foster and recognize Young Floridians. Our scholarships reflect the values of the Exchange Club and highlight the gamut of activities experienced throughout the career of today's Florida High School students. Our District Youth Scholarships are supported annually from donations to the scholarship fund.
